It's been a long wait to visit Healthy Shabu-Shabu. For those who aren't familiar with the concept. Healthy Shabu-Shabu is a Japanese-style hot pot dish where you get to cook meat, seafood, and veggies in chicken or mushroom stock right at your table. I love the concept but Nicko said "ang tamad naman ng mga cook dito! Kelangan pang tayo ang magluto!" But, that's the catch! Having different way to enjoy your meal.
Every shabu-shabu dinner comes with a platter of these – tofu, fish cake, squid balls, beef balls, a crabstick, a piece of corn on the cob, a shiitake mushroom cap, a carrot , a tomato, thick egg noodles, glass noodles, napa cabbage, baby bok choy, and a piece of taro root.

Will definitely try this again soon! It's a leisure lunch/dinner stuff! Because of its unique way, it allows you to reconnect with somebody you are with. Having a good laugh, good conversation are the key to an overall satisfying lunch/dinner experience.
