Bus 532 going to Dongam Station from Hillstate Incheon City.

Busy in making "detailed itinerary" for her europe tour.

Thinking of something to tell why were late. ^^ It's not good to be late if you have appointment with elders.

This is our voluteered english tour guide Mr. Choi in Jongmyo Shrine and Changgyeong Palace. Kind but little strict..But i like him..i might forget everything that he taught us but his name marked my heart ^^ he's the reason why i love korean history

Explaining why were late ^^

I really have to listen very attentively because he said there would be a quiz.

Mr. Choi asked us what is the use of that round thingy in the ground.. I said it symbolize something, or a place where a significant person should stand ^^ or maybe a flag pole hahaha..We didnt get the right answer..we think of a very deeper meaning but it is just for placing tents..as easy as that...ive learned that not everything is complicated hehe ^^

Jongmo Shrine

Chongmyo Shrine was built at the same time as Gyeongbok Palace to hold the ancenstral tablets for the kings of the Chosun Dynasty. Since then, all but 2 of the kings and their queens are enshrined here. According to Confucian tradition, the royal family would perform elaborate rituals here 5 times each year to pay respect to their royal ancestors. The tradition still holds today, although the Jongmyo Daeje (Royal Shrine Ritual) is only performed once each year. Dozens of descendents of the royal family gather in court costumes appropriate for the Chosun period. The rituals are accompanied by traditional court music Chongmyo Cherye-ak played by the Royal Court Orchestra.

Another palace, i've learned that the king, queen and the soldier have their own path to take. And the spirit take the middle path ^^ (i took that path hehe ^^ )

She's taking picture of me..

The main shrine hall, Cheongjeon is the longest single traditional structure in Korea. It houses the tablets for the first set of kings and their queens.
